ENGLISH - If you want to have the others Lao fonts (except Oramany program below which included Manideth.ttf of the Lao Unicode font), please type Saysettha OT.TTF and/or Phetsarath OT.TTF on the Google search engine of your browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc). When you see Saysettha OT.TTF or/and Phasarath OT.TTF you can download them then install them onto your computer by following the installation procedure below (How to install the Lao fonts on your Windows).

However, you may know in which directory or folder you have donwloaded the Lao fonts in. Usually, the system will automatically put any download document into the "my document", if you did not select the onother one. Do not forget this solution if you don't find your donwloaded fonts when you are searching for.

FOR ORAMANY PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDED ONE UNICODE LAO FONT
Before installing the Lao Unicode font, please click on the Download button below and save it on your hard disk. After then, double click on the Oramany 2005.exe file for installing it and reboot your computer (but you can try just to close the session then reopen it and try to view this website http://laocom.free.fr then navigate around, if you can read in the Unicode lao font). Now you have a Lao Unicode font and you can type in Lao.

The Oramany 2005.EXE package included the Lao Unicode font named Manideth.ttf, a visual keyboard layout and a simple keyboard lay out named Oramany 2005 for typing any kind of the Lao font encoded in Unicode by clicking on its icon near the right inferior corner, on the status bar.

FRANCAIS - Pour les autres fontes lao, vous tapez Saysettha OT.TTF ou Phetsarath OT.TTF sur le champ de recherche Google. Quand vous voyez Saysettha OT.ttf ou Phesarath OT.ttf vous pouvez télécharger puis les installer en suivant la procédure d'installation ci-dessous.

Pour le petit programme ORAMANY 2005, il y a une police de caractères lao Unicode qui s'appelle Manideth.ttf inclue dans ce programme. Pour l'installer, il suffit de double-cliquer sur ce programme, mais pour ce faire, il faut d'abord le télécharger.

IMPORTANT: il faut noter le nom du répertoire (ou dossier) que vous stockez le fichier téléchargé.

1- cliquer sur (Download) ci-dessous,
2- clicquer sur l'étape N°2 ou N°3 ci-dessous pour lire des instructions d'installation. Normalement, vous n'avez rien à faire à part de double-cliquer sur le programme Oramany 2005.EXE et le tout sera fait automatiquement.
3- Lire des instructions sur le comment utiliser ce petit programme.

Le package intitulé Oramany 2005.EXE comprend une police MANIDETH.TTF, un clavier Oramany 2005 et aussi un clavier visuel que vous pouvez afficher par un simple clic sur son icône sur la barre d'état en bas à droite pour écrire n'importe quel type de lettres lao Unicode.

Vous pouvez télécharger ce petit programme en cliquant sur Download, puis l'installer, en double-cliquant sur le fichier oramany 2005.exe. Après son installation, vous possèderez donc une police lao Unicode sur votre système Windows.
